Arpit Mathur is a Principal Engineer at Comcast Labs where he is currently working on Web3 and Decentralized Applications. Arpit has previously worked extensively on Android and iOS applications, Virtual Reality apps as well as with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML and Ruby on Rails. He also spent a couple of years in the User Experience team as a Creative Technologist.
Arpit was recognized as one of Philadelphia’s 10 Tech Disruptors of 2017 by the Philadelphia Business Journal and also co-founded the Android Philly developer group (which later became an official Google Developers Group) that he has been helping run since 2011.

Arpit holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and an Undergraduate from the University of Madras in Electronics and Instrumentation
When not programming, he enjoys art and loves to draw (he used to be a comic book illustrator before but thats a long story 😃 )
